We asked at your pet has use the washroom prior to his or her appointment.
We will want to keep your pet at least four (4) hours or more, depending upon our schedule.
We ask if you please show up at five minutes before your appointment time. Due to the general nature of pet grooming, it is impossible to guarantee an exact finish time. Things happen, and we will not rush to compromise on our services. We do provide a finish range of time and will call upon completion. Your pet must be picked up at 15 minutes after his or her grooming appointment.
Price varies in between services.
Dog Boarding and Daycare the more days you stay the less you pay. Price is based on daily accommodation rates.
Dog grooming, prices are based by size and breed coat condition and regular grooming schedule.
Any custom cuts or hand scissors work prices vary at groomers discretion.
Each new dog is required to have an evaluation with our team prior to joining daycare or extended stay services. This evaluation helps us confirm that your dog is healthy, has positive interactions with our employees and other dogs, is comfortable in a daycare environment and meets all prerequisites (spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations).
Please be advised that there will be an extra charge made for dogs that have mats if more than 15 minutes of brushing time is required. Aside from that, dogs that require shave-down due to mats will be charged additionally depending on the severity of the matting.
Pets entering our facility with fleas is at owners expenses. Dogs with tick will not be allowed.
For the safety and enjoyment of all participating members, dogs must be well socialized, people-friendly, and able to play safely with other dogs.
It is our number one priority to maintain a safe and enjoyable play space for our clients’ pets and our staff alike. Aggressive or extremely anxious dogs are disruptive to the group and pose a potential risk. Dogs exhibiting these behavioural signs will not be accepted into our daycare.
This EZ Dog Waiver shall be in effect unless otherwise revoked, Ower must read and agree by attending you automaticlly agreed to all terms. Owner represents the following (please read each statement):

Medical Release
In the event that a medical emergency arises while my dog(s) is in the care of the Daycare, Daycare will seek emergency medical treatment for the dog(s) at the nearest possible vet facility. Daycare will notify Owner of any emergency illness or injury as soon as possible.
I understand that in the event of a medical emergency that Daycare, in its sole discretion, deems it appropriate to seek immediate attention of a licensed veterinarian, I will be financially responsible for any medical treatment my dog(s) receives as a result of the emergency. I further authorize Daycare to transport my dog(s) to an emergency veterinary clinic, and to seek and authorize any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary by a treating veterinarian prior to my arrival at the emergency treatment location.

(Seven Hour Session) Unlike your typical day care, the dogs that are with us for Train and Play at our dog shop grooming facility are consistently having their training reinforced and refreshed while enjoying.

(One Day & Night Session) During the Train & Board retreat, your dog will be a guest in our home, becoming part of my family as they engage in daily activities typical of a regular household, including pizza delivery, dinner prep, and movie nights. As part of their experience, your best friend will also enjoy daily excursions and dog-friendly outings to test their newly learned behaviors in more challenging environments.

To ensure we can provide the best care and scheduling for all pets, we kindly ask customers to review our cancellation and service charge policy below.
📅 Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
- Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee of $15–$25, depending on the service.
- If we cannot complete the service due to lateness, it will be treated as a no-show.
- Pets requiring extra time or special handling may incur an additional charge of $10–$30.
- Severe matting may require extra brushing or shaving:
- Light matting: +$10
- Moderate matting: +$20
- Severe matting: +$30+
- If fleas or ticks are found during service, a treatment fee of $20–$50 may apply.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations will be charged one night’s stay.
- Same-day daycare cancellations may be charged 50% of the daily rate.
- Some services may require a deposit at booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is outside the allowed time window.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.
- If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
